Capstone Care Provider are based in Nottingham having worked with Young people for over 16 years providing homely caring environments in which Young people can thrive. Capstone are looking for a Assistant Manager to Support the Home Manager, Staff/Young People and someone who is interested in joining a family who work closely together to maintain Procedures for Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Direct Work, Supervision of Staff/ On call duties etc. Mandatory Requirements: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITH CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE

Qualified Diploma 3/4 or above/or equivalent Must possess excellent communication skills ICT computer skillsWILLINGNESS TO BE TRAINED
Hours: Work 40hrs. Sleep-in.
