Now Hiring: Part-Time Employment Support Specialist (ESS)
Schedule: 3 days per week | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Are you someone who loves coaching others, building confidence, and seeing people succeed? As an Employment Support Specialist, you'll work alongside adults with disabilities at community job sites, helping them shine in real-world workplaces.
You won't just supervise - you'll mentor, encourage, problem-solve, and celebrate wins (big and small!). You'll be the bridge that supports both our participants and our business partners to create successful, inclusive work environments.

✨ Provide hands-on supervision and support in community employment settings
✨ Help participants integrate into host company teams
✨ Maintain a safe, supportive environment and respond confidently to challenges
✨ Pitch in where needed - teamwork is everything here!
✔ Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in vocational and/or day programs
✔ A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
✔ Patience, positivity, and a belief in every person's potential
