Business Intelligence Developer (Remote)

WebstaurantStore, a Clark Associates Company and the internet's largest restaurant supplier, is looking for candidates who love technology to join our growing company as a Business Intelligence Developer.

You will be working with our enterprise data warehouse architect, developers, business analysts, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts on expanding our multi-company enterprise data reporting and analysis. Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in several the following areas: Azure DF, Data Lake, ETL, SQL, AAS/SSAS
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI
• Solid understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
• An understanding of Microsoft Reporting Services
• Understanding of T-SQL queries
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions
• Understanding of data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data mining
• Crafting and executing queries upon request for stake holders
• Presenting information through reports and visualization
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile development a plus

Responsibilities:

• Help define and create a corporate business intelligence center of excellence
• Create, maintain, and improve performance of corporate Power BI models and reports
• Troubleshoot slow running reports
• Suggest solutions to overcome issues and solve future reporting initiatives
• Document and maintain a reporting catalog based on MDM standards that ensures data quality and governance
• Work directly with application developers, business analysts, SEO analysts and quality assurance personnel to deliver new Power BI models to stakeholders

Remote work qualifications
