Full Time Night Team Member

This is a full-time role. Shifts will start in the afternoon and end when the restaurant closes. This is a year-round role, and candidates will need to be available 5 times per week (including Friday and Saturday). Full Time Pay: $17.00 to $18.00+ per hour. Pay is determined by availability and relevant work experience communicated during the hiring process.

Restaurant experience is not required. We look for people with a strong history of reliability, hard work, and caring service who can perform the role and are eager to grow. We will provide the Chick-fil-A specific training you need to succeed.

Night Availability Requirement. This full time position requires availability to work approximately 32 to 35+ hours per week with afternoon and evening shifts beginning as early as 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, or 5:00 p.m. and continuing through close, approximately 11:00 p.m. Closing availability on both Friday and Saturday is required. This availability must remain consistent throughout the year. Before beginning employment, you will establish an agreed weekly schedule that supports both your goals and the needs of the restaurant.

Where You May Work. Team Members may work in either Guest Experience or Quality & Production. During the interview process, we will consider your strengths, interests, experience, and goals. Role placement will be determined based on fit and the current needs of the restaurant.

Guest Experience. Guest Experience Team Members serve Guests and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant. Essential responsibilities may include: taking orders and processing payments, preparing beverages, desserts, and order components, serving Guests in the front counter, dining room, drive thru, and mobile order areas, stocking, cleaning, and completing closing responsibilities. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, working indoors and outdoors when assigned, and regularly lifting and carrying approximately 5 to 35 pounds.

Quality & Production. Quality & Production Team Members prepare food safely, accurately, and efficiently. Essential responsibilities may include: preparing, cooking, assembling, and packaging food, stocking ingredients and kitchen supplies, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and production areas, following food safety and quality procedures, completing closing cleaning and preparation responsibilities. This role requires standing and moving for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, working around hot equipment and kitchen conditions, and regularly lifting and carrying approximately 5 to 35 pounds.

Regardless of role, Team Members are expected to work with urgency, communicate clearly, support teammates, and follow Chick-fil-A safety and operating procedures. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential responsibilities of the position.
