Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the role of Operations Manager ,you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ. Oversee key operational functions, including HR, IT, logistics, procurement, warehousing, fleet management, asset management, and base operations, ensuring cohesive and efficient workflows, compliant resource distribution, and accountable inventory systems. Lead procurement processes, managing both national and international procurement to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant resource supply aligned with donor and organizational standards. Direct logistics operations, including fleet management, travel coordination, asset management, warehousing, and inventory systems, ensuring efficient, accountable, and compliant resource distribution. Serve as the primary operational liaison, facilitating communication between field sites, the Country Office, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in order to maintain alignment on priorities and policy compliance. Promote staff development through capacity-building initiatives and foster regional collaboration to encourage knowledge-sharing and operational excellence. Other duties as assigned. What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence Spanish proficiency (reading and writing) required. Advanced degree from a college or university; and a minimum of three (3) years' related experience in project management, business administration, public administration, logistics, supply chain management, communications or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Field experience and knowledge of the Region are preferred. Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical studies strongly preferred. What are the benefits?
