Position Registered Nurse RN - Hospice - PRN Location Caldwell, OH About the Role The Hospice RN establishes a professional and caring relationship with patients and families, supports staff, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, facilities, and other health care professionals by providing hands‑on care, ongoing clinical management and education regarding hospice care. Responsibilities Continually evaluate patient needs Initiate, coordinate and revise treatment plans Render nursing care and perform treatments as ordered by the physician Participate in the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement process Prepare accurate, orderly and timely reports and documentation Adhere to all practice standards as they apply to patient care Qualifications Compassionate, patient and flexible teacher with excellent communication and time management abilities Independent problem‑solving abilities and excellent clinical assessment skills Good physical condition and ability to lift/transfer patients to and from wheelchairs, if necessary Associate’s of Science degree in Nursing Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, including hospice or home health experience preferred Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for at least one year Excellent writing, communication and charting skills 7171 Keck Park Circle NW | North Canton, OH 44720 #J-18808-Ljbffr Absolute Health Services
