We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Quick Lane Manager to lead our busy 5-bay operation averaging 500 repair orders per month. Responsibilities:

Manage daily Quick Lane operations
Lead and develop technicians and advisors
Drive customer satisfaction and retention
Improve productivity, sales, and profitability
Maintain Ford and dealership standards

Qualifications:

Automotive service management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record in customer service and team performance
Ford experience is a plus
Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus

What We Offer:

Base Salary: $5,000/month
Performance Bonus Plan
Earnings Potential: $84,000+ annually
