The ideal candidate will provide care in a birthing center setting. The role requires flexibility and a positive attitude. Candidates must float as needed, as this is a non-negotiable requirement. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred. A commitment to patient-focused care is essential. The dress code includes wearing black scrubs. This position may require weekend hours as needed. Candidate must be a team player who works well in a collaborative environment.
