Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Attorney with a minimum of 5+ years of Personal Injury litigation to join our growing Chattanooga, TN office. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with experienced attorneys and dedicated support staff while representing a diverse range of clients in complex Workers' Compensation matters. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 5+ years Responsibilities Manage a caseload of active files, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Communicate effectively with clients, claims adjusters, medical professionals, and opposing counsel. Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely updates on all case developments. Participate in settlement negotiations and strategy development. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee . Strong litigation and negotiation skills with the ability to manage cases independently. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
