Supplier Development Engineer
Job Summary:
Seeking a Supplier Development Engineer with experience in supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, and non-metallic components . The role involves supplier qualification, APQP/PPAP execution, tooling transfers, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and supplier performance.
Key Skills Required:
- Supplier Development & Supplier Quality Engineering
- Non-Metallic Manufacturing Processes (Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Thermoforming, Composites)
- APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams
- GD&T, SPC, DOE, Mold Flow Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis (8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Supplier Audits, Capability Assessments & Tooling Transfers
- Quality Improvement, Lean Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement
- Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
