Job Description Powercat Sports Grill is now hiring experienced bartenders. The ideal bartender is a vibrant, energetic, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A successful bartender mixes high-quality beverages, provides prompt and consistent service, is hospitable and cordial to guests and coworkers, acts safely and responsibly, and is knowledgeable. Responsibilities Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications Verify identification for age limitations, adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages Adhere to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area Provide friendly and attentive service Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older At least one year of high-volume bartending experience preferred Friendly, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills Evening and weekend availability Experience working with Point-of-Sale system Pay starts at $12.00 per hour On-the-job training Fun and friendly, team-oriented atmosphere Employee discounts on food Uniform shirts and aprons provided Shoes for Crews!
