Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to support the development, validation, and testing of advanced electronic hardware systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative consumer technology products, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on hardware debugging experience, a solid understanding of electronic systems, and the ability to develop and execute test strategies that ensure product quality and performance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience in hardware development, validation, and debugging of electronic systems. Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment, including: Oscilloscopes, Logic analyzers, Digital multimeters (DMMs), Bench power supplies Experience reading and interpreting electronic schematics. Experience supporting board‑level bring‑up, validation, and troubleshooting activities. Experience developing test procedures and documenting results in a clear, repeatable format. Proficiency with Python for test automation, debugging, or engineering tools development. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with wearable devices, consumer electronics, AR/VR products, mobile devices, or other embedded hardware platforms. Experience supporting hardware development from prototype through validation. Familiarity with design‑for‑test (DFT) and design‑for‑manufacturing (DFM) principles. Experience working in fast‑paced product development environments. Develop and execute hardware test plans, validation procedures, and characterization activities. Perform hands‑on lab debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, digital multimeters (DMMs), power supplies, and other test equipment. Investigate and resolve hardware issues through systematic root‑cause analysis. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and hardware documentation. Develop Python‑based tools and scripts to support testing, automation, and debugging efforts. Document validation results, test procedures, engineering changes, and technical findings in a structured and reproducible manner. Participate in design reviews and provide input on testability, manufacturability, and reliability considerations. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, firmware, quality, and manufacturing teams to support program milestones.
