Patient Access Coordinator

Handling incoming calls in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Patient Access Coordinator will triage calls, create patient records, and assist with scheduling while working in a hybrid role based in Orlando, FL. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for patients needing assistance Maintain department productivity levels and meet monthly scorecard expectations for customer satisfaction Escalate calls to supervisors or other departments as necessary and perform additional duties as assigned Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED is required Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience Intermediate computer skills are necessary Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred Must reside within 50 miles of Orlando, FL, and have reliable high-speed internet access
