Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a full‑time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . Do you enjoy working with children? QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA

Master's Degree State BCBA License Must be licensed in the State Send copy of CDE license or COOL with resume (we won't review resume without) Must have a minimum of one year of classroom experience Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA

As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career! You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention. You will also supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior‑analytic interventions.
