Plaintiff Litigation Attorney (Product Liability / Asbestos) – Up to $250K Base salary: $120,000-$250,000+ (depending on experience) Performance-based bonus tied to cases resolved 100% employer-paid Medical, Dental & Vision (employee & family) 401(k) with employer contribution (3%+) HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Parking 20 days PTO + Holidays Primarily onsite, with potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding About the Opportunity: Our client is a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm focused exclusively on asbestos and mesothelioma litigation. With more than 70 attorneys and over 300 years of combined experience, the firm manages thousands of active cases nationwide and is widely regarded as a leader in this highly specialized practice area. The firm is seeking attorneys ranging from junior associates to senior attorneys. Plaintiff asbestos/mesothelioma experience is ideal, but attorneys with plaintiff personal injury, product liability, medical-related litigation, or complex civil litigation backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Defense attorneys will also be considered, although prior asbestos defense work may create conflicts. Junior attorneys should possess strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills. A writing sample will be required. The Role: This position offers comprehensive training in asbestos/mesothelioma litigation for attorneys transitioning from related plaintiff-side practices. Responsibilities: Managing an active caseload (typically 15-18 matters) Drafting and responding to written discovery Taking and defending depositions Motion practice and legal research Trial preparation and second-chair trial experience Extensive client interaction throughout the litigation process *Partners serve as first-chair trial attorneys, while Associates receive substantial litigation responsibility and courtroom experience.* Career Path: The firm classifies attorneys as either Associates or Partners. Associates receive competitive base compensation plus performance bonuses and are promoted internally to Partner. Partners lead trials and are eligible for commissions on case resolutions. Firm leadership has discussed expanding commission opportunities to Associates in the future. Travel: Approximately eight trips per month, primarily consisting of one- to two-night trips for client meetings, depositions, trial support, and team collaboration. Most travel is regional, though occasional national travel may be required. Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school 1+ years of litigation experience Plaintiff personal injury, product liability, complex civil litigation, medical-related litigation, or asbestos experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills Excellent organizational and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr Incendia Partners
