AM or PM Shift- Full-Time or Part-Time Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Promote a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff About the Role: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
