Job Description Our client has an immediate need for an Associate Attorney to join its corporate practice group in downtown Milwaukee. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to step into a role with immediate client contact, involvement in several large, active projects, and a clearly defined path for professional growth — including monthly one-on-one coaching sessions. Key Responsibilities Handle general entity formations and related corporate filings Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business agreements Support corporate transactions from inception through closing Advise on employment law matters affecting corporate clients Engage directly with clients and take an active role in ongoing large-scale projects Ideal Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience in corporate law, including formations, agreements, transactional work, and employment matters Strong drafting and negotiation skills Comfortable managing direct client relationships Motivated to grow within a defined development track and receptive to ongoing mentorship Professional Development Selected candidates will receive: Monthly one-on-one coaching sessions focused on professional growth A defined development path with clear milestones for advancement Immediate exposure to significant client matters and complex transactions Compensation & Benefits The firm offers an extremely attractive compensation package, including: Competitive base salary Profit sharing Paid benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Drake & Company
