Starting Pay The starting pay range for this role is $90,000- $95,000 annually dependent on qualifications. What You’ll Do Provide clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children and direct oversight of 10 team members in the intensive ABA program. Ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and align with best practices. Maintain compliance with Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines.
