Restaurant Manager

Assistant Director of Restaurants Overview The Director of Food & Beverage leads all food and beverage operations for a mid-size casino, overseeing multiple outlets including restaurants, bars, lounges, and casino service areas. This role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations for all F&B outlets across the property Manage P&L performance, budgets, forecasting, and cost controls Recruit, develop, and lead F&B leadership teams and frontline managers Ensure consistent service standards, food quality, and guest experience Partner with culinary and beverage leaders on menus, programming, and promotions Collaborate with marketing and casino leadership on events and revenue initiatives Maintain compliance with gaming regulations, alcohol laws, health codes, and labor standards Qualifications 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience, preferably in a casino, resort, or high-volume entertainment venue Proven success managing multi-outlet operations and large teams Strong financial acumen with hands-on P&L experience Experience operating in a regulated environment preferred Flexible schedule; ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer Leadership role with influence over multiple concepts and teams Competitive salary, bonus potential, and full benefits Opportunity for growth within a dynamic casino environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Redd Hospitality
