MSW Social Worker | Hospital Discharge & Care Advocate

Medical City Plano, part of the HCA Healthcare family, is seeking a Social Worker (MSW) for a full-time day shift (8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with rotating weekends) to support inpatient and ED populations.
