We are seeking a Restaurant Server to provide attentive full-service dining and create an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the restaurant manager, this role supports opening and closing duties, high-volume peak service, private events, and shift-based station assignments while delivering knowledgeable, accurate, and efficient table service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide attentive full-service dining.
- Take accurate orders and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and maintain assigned tables.
- Provide wine and beverage guidance and assist with menu selections.
- Upsell menu items while responding thoughtfully to guest preferences.
- Support guests with allergy and dietary requests.
- Process payments accurately and assist guests throughout their visit.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team during peak service, private events, and assigned shifts.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Strong menu knowledge and order accuracy.
- Cash-handling experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
