Spot Welder

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Spot Welder to join our production team. The Spot Welder is respoonsible for operating spot-welding equipment to assemble and fabricate metal components according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interpretation blueprints, process sheets, and production specifications.
- Inspect welded parts to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Ability to identify parts of all types.
- Set-up, operation and adjustments of spot-welding tools and machines.
- Maintain production quotas while meeting quality expectations.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous spot welding or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring tools.
- Must be able to set up and run spot welding for all materials (ferrous & non-ferrous, aluminized...etc)
- Demonstrated ability to assemble complex products.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to weld samples that pass the required pull testing.
- Follow process sheets and solve any problems that may occur during the spot weld process.
- Basic knowldedge of welding safety practices.
