The Busser plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. If you are passionate about hospitality and take pride in contributing to a positive dining atmosphere, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesTable Maintenance: Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring they are clean and properly set for the next guests. Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.Assist Servers: Collaborate with servers to provide exceptional service to guests. Support servers by delivering beverages, refilling water glasses, and delivering food orders as needed.Dining Area Cleanliness: Continuously monitor the dining area for cleanliness. Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.Refill Supplies: Keep service stations stocked with clean glassware, utensils, napkins, and other necessary supplies. Inform the kitchen and bar staff when additional supplies are needed.Guest Assistance: Assist guests by answering questions, providing directions, and accommodating special requests when possible. Ensure that guests feel welcomed and attended to during their dining experience.Bussing Carts: Safely transport used dishes and equipment to the dishwashing area using designated bussing carts. Help maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area.Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow bussers, servers, and kitchen staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
