CNC Machinist

Winona, MN

Full-Time Mon-Thu 6:00 AM-3:30 PM | Fri 6:00 AM-10:00 AM

$18.00-$24.00/Hourly

This CNC Machinist opening works in small batches, frequent changeovers, and requires that every person on the floor owns their work from setup to teardown to final inspection. The shop is clean, the team is experienced, and there's real pride in the work.

What you'll do:

Set up, operate, and tear down CNC lathes, CNC mills, and manual machines
Run small-batch jobs (typically 3-5 pieces) with frequent changeovers
Perform your own quality checks and correct any flaws before parts move on

What you're bringing:

2-year degree in CNC Machining or equivalent hands-on experience
Proficiency with CNC lathes and mills; manual machine experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to first-part quality
