Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Senior Service Desk Representative in West Point, GA to be the first point of contact for employees seeking technical support. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across phones, email, and messaging platforms, and manage ITSM tickets with adherence to SLAs.
