Talent Acquisition SpecialistThis role focuses on coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages interview scheduling, supports recruiters and hiring managers, maintains accurate applicant data, and helps drive efficient and compliant hiring processes. The position also contributes to sourcing efforts, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives while partnering closely with HR to support a seamless transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple hiring teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process and provide clear, consistent communication.Assist recruiters and hiring managers with requisition management and candidate tracking to keep hiring pipelines organized and up to date.Maintain accurate and detailed records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support reporting, compliance, and process efficiency.Post and manage job openings across various job boards and recruiting platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Support sourcing efforts by reviewing resumes, screening applicants, and identifying qualified candidates for open positions.Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and collection of onboarding documentation, to prepare candidates for hire.Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide a positive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.Prepare recruiting reports and track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, interview activity, and pipeline status to support data-driven decisions.Assist with planning and executing recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.Partner with HR and hiring teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding and first-day readiness.Maintain compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations in all recruitment activities.Essential Skills3+ years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.Demonstrated talent acquisition experience, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for scheduling, reporting, and communication.Experience in recruitment, human resources, or related people operations functions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.Customer service mindset with the ability to provide a positive experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.Administrative support experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.Experience with recruiter coordination, including managing interview logistics and communication.Bilingual communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience using Workday or similar HR and recruiting systems.Background in employer branding or recruitment marketing activities such as job postings and event support.Ability to prepare and interpret recruiting reports and hiring metrics.Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Ability to build effective relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.Comfort working with technology platforms and online recruiting tools.Work EnvironmentThe role operates in a professional office and HR environment that relies heavily on digital tools and systems.
