Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Special Education (required)
• Experience working within Autistic Support classrooms or with students on the autism spectrum strongly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Positive attitude and genuine commitment to student growth and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students in Autistic Support classrooms
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction based on student abilities and goals
• Work closely with classroom PCAs and related service providers to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student growth, and communicate regularly with families
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment

Enjoy a school-year contract from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027. Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:45 am to 3:15 pm, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while focusing on meaningful student interactions.
