$80,000–$100,000 per year (USD) Commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description: This fully remote role has you preparing individual and business tax returns (roughly 60/40 split), handling off-season projects like tax projections and notice resolution, and communicating directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

Prepare individual and business tax returns. Ratio is about 60/40 individual to business. Limited multi-state. Assist with off season projects such as tax projections, reasonable compensation studies, tax notice resolution. Conduct tax research as needed Handle client communications through portal messaging, phone calls, and video meetings Qualifications:

10+years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm Prior experience and interest in working with offshore staff Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well with clients and team members Past experience working in a fully remote workplace Comfortable working directly with clients, explaining complex tax issues in easy-to-understand terms Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Technically strong Enjoys working in a technology-friendly environment Must have CPA firm experience Benefits:
