Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.What You'll Do:As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to person during your shift, helping to:Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest serviceKeep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cashTrain and coach crew members to be their bestEnsure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standardsStep in for the manager when needed, help make key decisionsWhat You Bring to the Table:Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)A positive attitude and strong communication skillsAbility to multitask and stay cool under pressureWillingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidaysA team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer serviceMust be at least 18 years of ageYou're fluent in English and eligible to work in the U.S.Many Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
