Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Junior Account Representative to assist with client relationship management, account support, and customer service activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional communication and account management skills while supporting client satisfaction initiatives. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining positive relationships with clients and customers. Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Monitor client needs and assist with resolving concerns. Support account management projects and administrative tasks. Prepare reports and update account information as needed. Contribute to customer retention and satisfaction efforts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
