Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Licensed in Michigan or in the process of obtaining Michigan licensure.
• Ability to specialize in ERCP and EUS.
• Possession of a DEA certificate or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting.
• NPDB Self Query Report required (within 30 days active).
