Payroll Territory Manager

Job Summary Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Territory Manager (PTM), you will report to the Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Auris products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the PDM. Additionally, the PTM is responsible for training and coaching Field Sales Representatives, who report to them. Responsibilities Prospect new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm Maintain client records in the CRM system (currently Atlas) per company policies, including call notes and contact information Achieve minimum production requirements, such as setting first‑time appointments, to secure a win Build and develop knowledge of current products/services and industry developments Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with the PDM Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) who report to you Provide status updates to the reporting PDM Other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications 18 years of age or older Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check Residence within the job’s geographic area At least two years of relevant experience Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills Works well independently and as part of a team Incentive‑driven sales hunter Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity High sense of urgency and innate sales talent Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face engagement Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results Ability to spend 50% of the time in the field Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least six years of relevant experience At least one to two years of supervisory experience Competencies Awareness Driven Resilient Respectful Committedness Compensation and Benefits W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits First‑year professional may expect an average of $90,000 – $105,000+ plus uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity 401(k) with company matching Additional benefits and perks (including medical, dental, vision, fertility, wellness resources, paid sick time, mental wellness, financial wellness, family care, and more) Equal Opportunity Employer Acrisure is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
