What You’ll Do Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences Build professional relationships with customers and partners Support campaign execution, customer acquisition, and market growth Track results and identify opportunities to improve performance Collaborate with team leaders to reach campaign goals Participate in ongoing training and leadership development Help welcome and support newer team members as you progress What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills A positive, professional, and dependable attitude Confidence working with customers and as part of a team A goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment An interest in marketing, sales, business, or leadership Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, promotions, or another people-focused role is helpful—but we also welcome recent graduates and career changers who are ready to learn.
