Responsibilities

• Review private credit, fund financing and infrastructure credit investment documentation, including coordination with outside counsel and the investment team;
• Negotiate complex legal and commercial terms on behalf of the investment team across a range of credit transactions;
• Partner with internal technology and deal teams to leverage AI tools to organize, track and monitor credit transactions; and
• Support private fund formation and investor-facing documentation, including co-investment documentation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA 100 Law School;
• 2 - 5 years' experience as external or internal counsel in any of leverage lending, ABS, CLOs, securities law, secured transactions, corporate law, restructuring, derivatives or other similar practice areas
• Proficient presentation skills, including the ability to present findings clearly and concisely;
• High attention to detail; and
• Ability to work well in a small, team environment.

This position is an in-office position located in Greenwich, CT.
