Join The Summit Owners Association Inc as the Head of Shift - Class D Security Officer, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our community in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL. Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate security personnel during shifts to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety standards.

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring appropriate action is taken.

Prepare and maintain accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and security-related issues.

Train and mentor security staff on protocols, procedures, and customer service practices.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.

Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Conduct investigations into security breaches and recommend improvements to security measures.

Requirements:

Valid Class D Security Officer license in Florida.

Proven experience in security management or related fields.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with residents.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with security technology and surveillance systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexible availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
