Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing a team of nursing staff while collaborating with other healthcare disciplines.

Job Requirements

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Preferred
• Acute care facility experience - Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice - Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor - Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor - Required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from approved vendor - Required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale certification - Required

Essential Functions

• Collects and analyzes relevant data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Develops a care plan that prescribes interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Implements the care plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and create a safe environment.
• Evaluates and monitors progress toward achieving patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide care in a safe and supportive environment.
• Provides educational resources and information to patients, families, and team members.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates responsibilities appropriately and coordinates duties among team members.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
