Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 02:00 PM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or policy concerns. Monitor access points and assist with directing patients and visitors while supporting established visitor management and access‑control procedures. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site‑specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: Meet hospital vaccination requirements. Be able to work in a hospital morgue environment. Be able to restrain individuals. Customer service experience is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
