Senior Java Developer

Job Duties

IDR is seeking a Senior Java Developer. The role involves developing and maintaining Java services, integrations, and application components within a remote enterprise environment for a client. It combines hands-on Java development with collaboration on enterprise content and data integration platforms, providing opportunities for technical guidance and troubleshooting.

Position Overview for the Senior Java Developer:

Develop and maintain Java services, APIs, and integrations within the enterprise environment.

Enable interoperability between CAKS capabilities and existing platforms while avoiding isolated or duplicative solutions.

Troubleshoot production operations and resolve issues related to application performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable application components.

Contribute to the development of reusable enterprise integration patterns and best practices.

Requirements for the Senior Java Developer:

5+ years of experience in Java development, including enterprise services, APIs, and integrations.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field with 5 years of experience, or an Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience.

Experience with content, knowledge, or data-integration platforms.

Knowledge of enterprise content and data integration platforms.

Experience integrating multiple enterprise systems, preferably with healthcare industry exposure.

Compensation Range: $75 – $78/hour
