Steel Estimator We seek a Steel Estimator who has proven skills in estimating and managing complex renovation steel work. 5 Years experience in the steel industry (Shop and/or Field) 5 years of estimating experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 Desire, knowledge and skills to value engineering projects are essential Benefits: generous salary, medical benefits, 401k. Field Superintendent We seek a Field Superintendent who has proven skills in managing complex renovation steel work which requires excellent client management skills, survey skills, ability to coordinate with multiple trades, and a drive to manage productivity and the quality of work. Steel Project Coordinator We seek a project coordinator with 1-3 years of experience in coordinating/managing projects and interacting with clients. Experience in structural steel/miscellaneous iron industry preferred Experience with contractor a must Construction management or engineering degree highly desirable Salary negotiable. Benefits include health, 401k and bonus plans. Full-Time Truck Driver We are seeking a full-time driver for the tri-state area. Must have a Class A and/or Class B driver license, a clean driving record and provide a current driving abstract. Benefits: union shop, good benefits, 401k. Structural Steel Detailer We are seeking structural steel and/or miscellaneous iron detailers. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced/pressurized environment Experience with AutoCAD and/or SDS2 preferred, but skilled hand drafters welcome to apply Will be responsible for producing erection plans and shop detail drawings Benefits include 401k, medical, and vacation time. Steel Fabricator and Fitter We are seeking a layout/fitter with experience and knowledge of steel/blueprint; must be able to lay out, cut with oxygen-acetylene and weld. Confident use of all measurement tools for fit-up (tape measure, combination square, steel rule, level, chalk line, soap stone, etc.) High skill using oxygen/acetylene torches, including precision beveled cuts Incorporate mathematics including fractions and angles into all aspects of work Able to operate heavy machinery, forklifts, and overhead cranes Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds.
