Site Director - Clinical Research HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced, Site Director to join a Privately held clinical research organization in Miami, FL specializing in early- and late-phase drug development, with a strong focus on advancing innovative therapies within complex CNS and specialty disease areas!Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm I Needs to be flexibleCompensation:$200K+ up to 20% bonus (depending on experience)Relocation/Sign-on-Bonus offered*Benefits:Health insuranceDental & Vision InsuranceMatching 401k Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)Daily Responsibilities:The Site Director leads the overall operations and performance of an early and late stage clinical research site, ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials while maintaining regulatory compliance and profitability.
