Overview Global Payments seeks a B2B Outside Sales Representative on the Genius team to bring innovative payment solutions to business owners. You will lead the full sales cycle, build trusted relationships, and drive new business growth to increase revenue and long‑term value for clients. Responsibilities Drive new business growth by creating opportunities through field outreach, digital engagement, and local networking. Own the full sales cycle, turning conversations into revenue and delivering consistent results in your territory. Build trusted relationships with business owners, positioning yourself as a go‑to advisor who understands their goals. Deliver compelling, value‑driven presentations that show how Genius improves operations, increases loyalty, and fuels growth. Shape territory strategy using market insights to strengthen your pipeline and accelerate deal momentum. Expand Global Payments’ impact by introducing innovative solutions that help businesses operate smarter and grow faster. Strengthen long‑term client value by identifying opportunities to expand solutions and deepen relationships. Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, creating meaningful, face‑to‑face connections that drive results. What you bring At least one year of success in B2B or B2C outside sales, with a track record of delivering results. Strong ability to communicate, present, and negotiate, both in person and virtually. Confidence building relationships quickly and earning trust with business owners. A competitive, self‑driven mindset with the energy to achieve and exceed goals. Ability to think like a client and connect solutions to real business outcomes. Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend up to 75% of time in the field. Residence within two hours of the territory to stay connected and responsive. Bonus: ability to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades; experience in restaurant or retail industries. Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant services, or SaaS. Compensation and Perks Base Salary: $50,000 per year. Residual income earned monthly from accounts built. On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000–$150,000+. Total compensation depends on skills, performance, and territory.
