Job Details Setting: Emergency Department Employment Type: Travel Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, typically 1800-0630 or 1600-0430 based on department needs Shifts Per Week: Approximately 3 Hours Per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Location: Cincinnati, Ohio area (45255) - a lively, accessible city with a strong sense of community and plenty to explore during your time off Job Requirements Active Ohio RN license or compact RN license Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications Ability to complete a dysrhythmia exam Strong clinical judgment in triage, stabilization, and high-acuity patient care Experience caring for pediatric and adult emergency patients preferred Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care in a busy Emergency Department setting Perform initial and ongoing assessments, prioritize care, and respond rapidly to changing patient conditions Administer medications safely and in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies Support patients requiring critical interventions, including drips, oxygen support, IV access, and advanced monitoring Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated care Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and compassionate care for individuals of all ages Maintain accurate documentation and help support efficient patient flow in a high-intensity emergency care environment If you thrive in a rapid-response environment and are ready to bring your emergency nursing skills to a rewarding Cincinnati travel nursing job, apply now and make an impact today.
