Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This contract opportunity offers a welcoming environment for both new graduates and experienced SLPs, where your expertise will reach learners across 16 sites serving approximately 7,000 students. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you’ll work primarily within a mild-moderate classroom setting, managing a caseload of 40–50 students at a single site. Your role will encompass both direct and consultative services, with ongoing support from a cooperative and flexible integrated services team. What You’ll Bring: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Current or in-progress Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials (please be prepared to communicate your status) School-based SLP experience is highly valued, but new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply Commitment to serving a diverse population across K–8 grade levels Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities: Provide direct speech/language therapy and diagnostic assessments in a K–8 mild-moderate setting Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators, families, and an integrated support team Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities Why Consider This Role?
