Job Summary:

Provide dedicated physical therapy services to patients, promoting mobility, function, and overall well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Evaluate patients physical conditions and establish appropriate treatment goals.
  
  
• 
  Design and implement customized therapy plans based on patient assessments.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to optimize outcomes.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and injury prevention.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings preferred.
  
  
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
