Summary
Seeking a Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience troubleshooting and operating Zwick testing machines in a pharmaceutical or life sciences environment. The role will focus on testing, validation, failure investigation, and analyzing test data to identify root causes.
Responsibilities-
Serve as the SME and system owner for Zwick testing machines.

Troubleshoot testing machine failures.

Perform and support mechanical testing and validation activities.

Analyze test data and identify root causes.

Distinguish true failures from false failures.

Follow and document established testing procedures.

Communicate testing findings with Quality and engineering teams.

7+ years of experience with testing machines or equivalent pharmaceutical/life sciences testing experience.

Hands-on experience with Zwick testing machines.

Strong knowledge of mechanical testing methods.

Experience with troubleshooting and failure investigation.

Experience with testing validation and documentation.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated-industry experience preferred.
