Associate Dentist

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Dental Associate to join our team and help us uphold our high standard of care in the Beaverton community. Key Responsibilities Provide top-quality, comprehensive clinical treatment with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. Execute restorative care, including composite and amalgam restorations. Perform endodontic procedures (root canals) accurately and efficiently. Perform routine as well as surgical/complex extractions. Establish clear, empathetic communication with patients regarding treatment options, care plans, and long-term oral hygiene. Qualifications Education & Licensing: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution with an active Oregon dental license. Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience in a practice environment. Clinical Skills: Proven expertise in endodontics, extractions, and direct restorations (composite/amalgam). Interpersonal Attributes: Outstanding chair side manner, strong verbal communication, and a passion for building lasting patient relationships.
