Service Now DevelopersLocation- Memphis, TN (5 days onsite)Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Configuration: Designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (Policy & Compliance, BCM, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk).Risk & Control Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and IT risks by mapping policies to control objectives.Automation: Creating workflows to automate risk assessments, compliance attestations, and issue management.Audit Support: Assisting with internal/external audits, tracking evidence, and managing remediation efforts.Documentation & Reporting: Creating dashboards, reports, and maintaining documentation on control frameworks.Collaboration: Working with security, IT, and business teams to ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR.Required Skills and QualificationsServiceNow GRC/IRM Experience: Deep understanding of ServiceNow GRC applications, architecture, and configuration.Technical Skills: Experience with ServiceNow development (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules) and workflows.Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of GRC frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management methodologies.Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (highly preferred).
