Responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of tooling, processes, and equipment for extrusion. Provide senior‑level technical support for troubleshooting and problem‑solving. Guide and supervise tool shop activities and personnel. Evaluate and recommend new equipment, including capital justification. Manage engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and documentation are maintained. Drive continuous improvement, training, and new technology initiatives. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide technical input for customer RFQs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field. 5+ years of plastics extrusion experience (required). Tooling experience (preferred). Supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
