Software Project Manager

The successful candidate will work directly with the PMO to manage Software Projects. As a Software Project Manager, you will be part of our experienced Project Management team and will assist in the management and organization of key client projects. You will play a key role in delivering every project on time and within scope. It is required for you to have a software development background and business, management, and analysis skills as well. Responsibilities Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Requirements BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector Solid technical background, with understanding or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies 2-7 years experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field PMP Certification is a mandatory requirement for this role Previous experience in Public Sector projects will be considered a strong asset Strategic thinking and strong business acumen Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline Direct and manage project development from beginning to end Works under minimal supervision or direction but closely with the Product Owners to ensure deliverables are met based on priorities Works on projects that are moderate to difficult regarding complexity Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of technical and business knowledge and can learn about our business quickly Customer oriented Great people management and conflict resolution skills Good problem-solving and analytical skills Sense of urgency; good time management Energy and enthusiasm Immense curiosity, drive to learn new things and always improve Ability to turn round difficult relationships and build trusted relationships Persuades and influences others through and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills Working effectively with third-party suppliers, building good relationships but also to control them to deliver and take ownership of their issues Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent verbal and written skills in English What is there for you We want our people to be well compensated, so we offer an attractive salary package Health is the most important asset, so we have you secured with a health insurance and compilation plan from day one We are excited for challenges, so you are invited to take part in exciting, innovative projects that make a difference We never stop learning and evolving!
