Laboratory TechnicianSunrise Systems, Inc.Be an Early ApplicantContractmidMalvern, Pennsylvania, US$85k – $94kPosted Today## Job DescriptionJob Details:Job Title: Lab Operations: Scientist 2 ChemistryDuration: 12 month contract on W2Location: Malvern, PA 19355Notes from Manager:* Role will be 100% ONSITE, regular working hours (8am-430pm or 730am-4pm)* There is a possibility for extension for a second year, but not guaranteed* This role is LAB OPERATIONS* Need to have Lab Operations experience* Need to have Lab experience* Need to have experience in GxP Laboratories* Experience with electronic lab notebooksQualification:* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related subject area, with a minimum of 2 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required, or a Master’s degree with 1 or more years of related industry laboratory experience is required.* Strong verbal communication skills are required. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to work in a cross-functional customer-focused environment is required. Must have demonstrated ability to drive completion of activities in a timely manner.* Experience working in a GXP environment is required.* Experience with a minimum of three lab operation activities is required.### Job descriptionLab Operation activities include but are not limited to:o Instrument management which includes but not limited to scheduling preventive maintenance/calibration/IQ/OQ activities, new equipment onboarding, moves, documentation maintenance, etc.o Chamber management which includes but is not limited to cleanouts, defrosts, and equipment and reagent moves.o Lab safety, housekeeping, and organizationo Laboratory audits and quality assuranceo Scheduling, communicating, and hosting vendors.* Be able to coordinate activities with internal and external operations and service teams, service providers, site quality, and analysts to ensure lab operation activities are completed and compliant.* Experience with electronic laboratory notebook, Microsoft Office products, SmartSheets, Power BI or Tableau is preferred.* Ability to work with limited guidance to plan, execute, and follow through with work assignments is expected.
